What are the classifications of the types and varieties of power cables
Release time:2021-8-18 13:54:26      Hits:689

The types and varieties of power cables mainly include the following aspects:

35kV and below power cable type and commodity indication method

1. Use Chinese pinyin to indicate the type of insulation, conductor data, inner protective layer data, and structural characteristics of one letter in uppercase. For example, Z stands for paper (zhi); L stands for aluminum (lv); Q stands for (qian); F stands for phase separation (fen); ZR stands for flame retardant (zuran); NH stands for fire resistance (naihuo).

2. Use numbers to indicate the composition of the outer protective layer, with two digits. No number means no armor layer and no outer layer. One digit indicates armor, and two digits indicate outer quilt. For example, thick steel wire armor fiber indicates 41.

3. Cable types are usually placed in order according to the cable structure: insulation materials; conductor materials; inner protective layer; outer protective layer.

4. The type, additional voltage and specifications of the cable commodity are indicated. The method is to add Arabic numerals indicating the additional voltage, the number of cores and the nominal cross-sectional area after the type. For example, VV42-103×50 indicates a power cable with copper core, PVC insulation, thick steel wire armor, PVC sheath, additional voltage 10kV, 3-core, and nominal cross-sectional area of 50mm2.

The code of each part of the power cable type and its meaning D

1. Insulation varieties: V stands for polyvinyl chloride; X stands for rubber; Y stands for polyethylene; YJ stands for cross-linked polyethylene; Z stands for paper.

2. Conductor information: L stands for aluminum; T (save out) stands for copper.

3. Inner sheath: V stands for PVC sheath; Y polyethylene sheath; L aluminum sheath; Q lead sheath; H rubber sheath; F neoprene sheath.

4. Features: D does not trickle; F split phase; CY oil-filled; P lean oil dry insulation; P shielded; Z direct current.

5. Control layer: 0 none; 2 double steel belts; 3 thin steel wires; 4 thick steel wires.

6. Outer cover: 0 none; 1 fiber outer cover; 2 polyvinyl chloride sheath; 3 polyethylene sheath.

7. Add ZR before the code for flame-retardant cables; add NH before the code for fire-resistant cables
