KYN28A-12 armored center-mounted AC metal-enclosed closure equipment (hereinafter referred to as the closure cabinet) is a new product designed and developed by our company on the basis of absorbing advanced manufacturing technology at home and abroad, which can replace various old-type metal-enclosed switches Equipment and its products have the following obvious advantages:


1.1 The shell of the product is entirely made of aluminum-zinc coated steel sheet processed by CNC machine tools and assembled with bolts after multiple bending and forming. It has high mechanical strength and effectively ensures the neatness and beauty of the product. The cabinet door is coated with plastic , Has strong impact resistance and corrosion resistance. The product shell has an IP4X level of protection. (It can be changed to iron plate according to customer needs).


1.2 The main switch of this product can be equipped with VD4 type vacuum circuit breaker and C3 series fixed load switch produced by ABB company. At the same time, it can also be equipped with a variety of domestic series vacuum circuit breakers (such as VS1, VHk VK) to replace similar foreign products.


1.3 No matter what kind of circuit breaker is selected, the air insulation distance of the bare conductor can be guaranteed to be greater than 125mm, and the composite insulation can be greater than 60mm. The circuit breakers have the unique advantages of long life, high parameters, low maintenance, and small size. KYN28A-12 armored center-mounted metal-enclosed switchgear is suitable for 3.6-12KV three-phase AC 50Hz power grid, as it receives and distributes electric energy, and controls, monitors and protects the circuit. Structural characteristics of switchgear


The switchgear is designed according to the armored metal-enclosed switchgear in GB3906-91. The whole is composed of two parts: a cabinet and a middle-mounted withdrawable part (ie, a handcart) (see Figure 1). The cabinet is divided into four separate compartments, the enclosure protection level is IP4X, and the protection level of each compartment and circuit breaker room is IP2X when the door is opened. It has overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines and other functional schemes, which form a complete set of power distribution system devices after arrangement and combination. The switchgear can be installed, debugged and maintained from the front, so it can be back-to-back, double-arranged and installed against the wall, which improves the flexibility of the switchgear and reduces the floor space.


6.1 Shell and others


The main cabinet frame of the switchgear is made of imported aluminum-zinc-coated thin steel plate, processed by CNC machine tools, and adopts multiple folding processes, so that the whole cabinet not only has the advantages of high precision, strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, but also The use of multiple folding processes makes the cabinet lighter than other similar equipment cabinets, with higher mechanical strength and beautiful appearance. The cabinet adopts an assembled structure, which is connected with rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, which makes the processing and production cycle short, the parts have strong versatility, and the area is small, which is convenient for organizing production.


6.2 Handcart


The handcart frame is also assembled from thin steel plates processed by CNC machine tools. The handcart is insulated and matched with the cabinet. The mechanical interlock is reliable and flexible. According to different uses, handcarts are divided into circuit breaker handcarts, voltage transformer handcarts, metering handcarts, isolation handcarts, etc. All kinds of handcarts can be changed according to modulus and building blocks, and handcarts of the same specification can be freely interchanged. The handcart has a disconnection position, a test position and a working position in the cabinet. Each position has a positioning device to ensure reliable interlocking. It must be operated in accordance with the interlocking anti-misoperation procedures. All kinds of handcarts use nuts and screw rods to advance and exit, and their operation is light and flexible, which is suitable for operation by all kinds of personnel on duty. When the handcart needs to be removed from the cabinet, a special transfer car can be used to easily pull it out for various inspections and maintenance; and adopts a mid-mounted type, the entire car is small in size and convenient for inspection and maintenance.


6.3 compartment


The main electrical components of the switchgear have their own separate compartments, namely: circuit breaker handcart room, busbar room, cable room, and relay instrument room. The protection level of each compartment has reached IP2X; except for the relay room, the other three compartments have their own pressure relief channels. Due to the use of a centrally mounted form, the space of the cable room is greatly increased, so the equipment can be connected to multiple cables.


a. Circuit breaker compartment


Rails are installed on both sides of the compartment for the handcart 15 to slide to the working position from the disconnected position and the test position spring in the cabinet. The partition 13 (trap door) of the static contact box 6 is installed behind the rear wall of the handcart room. When the handcart moves from the open position and the test position to the working position, the valve on the upper and lower static contact boxes is linked with the handcart and opens automatically at the same time; when the handcart moves in the opposite direction, the valve closes automatically until the handcart retreats The static contact box is completely covered to one position to form an effective isolation. Since the upper and lower valves can be operated separately, the valve on the live side can be locked during maintenance, so as to ensure that maintenance personnel do not touch the live body. When the circuit breaker door is closed, the handcart can also be operated. Through the middle door observation window, you can observe the position of the handcart in the compartment, the closing position and display the energy storage status.


b. Busbar compartment


The main busbar 4 is a single splicing and interpenetrating connection. It is fixed by main bus 2 and static contact box. The main bus bar and the connecting bus bar are copper bars with a rectangular cross section, which are assembled by double bus bars when used for large current loads. The supporting bus bar is connected to the static contact box 6 and the main bus bar by bolts, and no other support is needed. For special needs, the busbars can be covered with heat-shrinkable sleeves, connecting bolt insulation sleeves and end caps, and the adjacent cabinet busbars are fixed with sleeves 3. In this way, the air buffer reserved between the connecting busbars can prevent it from melting if an internal fault arc occurs. The bushing 3 can effectively limit the fault in this cabinet and not extend it to other cabinets.


c. Cable compartment


The switchgear adopts the center-mounted type, so the cable room has a larger space. The current transformer 7 and the grounding switch 8 are installed on the rear wall of the compartment, and the lightning arrester 10 is installed at the lower rear of the compartment. After the handcart 15 and the withdrawable horizontal partition 17 are removed, the construction personnel can enter the cabinet from below for installation and maintenance. The cable connecting conductor in the cable room, each phase can be paralleled with 1~3 single-core cables


If necessary, 6 single-core cables can be connected in parallel for each phase. The bottom of the cabinet connecting the cables is equipped with a slitted non-metallic sealing plate or a non-magnetic metal sealing plate to ensure convenient construction.


d. Relay instrument room


The relay instrument room can be installed with relay protection components, instruments, live monitoring indicators, and special requirements for secondary equipment control lines to be laid in a wire slot with sufficient space. And there is a metal cover plate, which can isolate the secondary line from the high-voltage chamber. The wire slot on the left is reserved for the introduction and lead-out of small control wires. The small wires inside the switch cabinet are laid on the right side. There are also small bus-bar crossing holes on the top plate of the relay instrument room for easy construction. When wiring, the top cover of the instrument room can be turned over to facilitate the installation of the small bus.


6.4 Interlocking device to prevent misoperation


The switchgear is equipped with a reliable interlocking device, which fully meets the requirements of "five defenses".


a. There is a reminder button or KK type switch on the door of the instrument room to prevent accidental closing and opening of the circuit breaker.


b. The circuit breaker can only be closed and opened when the circuit breaker handcart is in the test or working position, and after the circuit breaker is closed, the handcart cannot move, which prevents the circuit breaker from being pushed and pulled by mistake with load.


c. Only when the grounding switch is in the open position, the circuit breaker trolley can be moved from the disconnected and test position to the working position. The grounding switch can only be used when the circuit breaker trolley is in the test and disconnected position. Only the closing operation can be carried out (the grounding switch can be equipped with a voltage display device, which can prevent the grounding switch from being turned on by mistake when the grounding switch is in the closed position, and also prevent the circuit breaker from opening when the grounding switch is in the closed position.


d. When the grounding switch is in the open position, neither the lower door nor the rear door can be opened, which prevents accidental entry into the electrified interval.


e. When the circuit breaker trolley is indeed in the test or working position, and there is no control voltage, it can only be opened manually, not closed.


f. When the circuit breaker trolley is in the working position, the secondary plug is locked and cannot be removed.


g. Each cabinet can be equipped with electrical interlocking.


The switchgear can also be equipped with an electromagnetic lock locking device on the grounding switch operating mechanism to improve reliability. The order is selected according to the needs of users.


6.5 Pressure relief device


There are pressure relief devices in the circuit breaker handcart room, bus room and cable room. When an internal fault arc occurs in the circuit breaker or the bus, the internal air pressure of the switch cabinet rises with the appearance of the arc, and the air pressure is installed on the door. A special sealing ring closes the front. The pressure relief metal plate equipped on the top will be automatically opened to release the pressure and exhaust gas to ensure the safety of the operator and the switch cabinet.


6.6 Interlocking the position of the secondary plug and the handcart


The communication between the secondary line on the switchgear and the secondary line of the circuit breaker handcart is realized through the manual secondary aviation plug. The moving contact of the secondary plug is connected to the circuit breaker handcart through a nylon bellows expansion tube, and the secondary static contact seat is installed on the upper right of the handcart room of the switch cabinet. The circuit breaker trolley can only be plugged in and removed from the secondary plug when it is in the test and disconnected position. When the circuit breaker trolley is in the working position, the secondary plug is locked and cannot be released due to mechanical interlocking. Since the closing mechanism of the circuit breaker trolley is locked by the electromagnet, the circuit breaker trolley can only be opened before the secondary plug is connected, but cannot be closed.


6.7 Charged display device


If the user has demand, the switch cabinet can be equipped with an optional part that detects the operation of the primary loop, namely, the live display device. The device is composed of two units, a high-voltage sensor and a portable display, which are connected as a whole through a user's external conductive wire. The device can not only prompt the energization status of the high-voltage circuit, but also cooperate with the electromagnetic lock to achieve forced locking, the grounding switch handle, and the net door to prevent the grounding switch from being closed and preventing the electrified interval from being erroneously entered, thereby improving the error prevention of the supporting products performance.


6.8 Prevent condensation and corrosion


In order to prevent the danger of condensation in a climate with high humidity or large temperature changes, heaters are installed in the circuit breaker room and the cable room to prevent condensation when used in the above environment.


6.9 Grounding device


A separate grounding copper bar of 5x40mm2 is set up in the cable room, which can penetrate the adjacent switch cabinet and make good contact with the cabinet. This ground bar is used for components that are directly grounded. At the same time, since the entire cabinet is connected by aluminum-zinc-coated plates, the entire cabinet is in a good grounding state to ensure that the operating personnel can touch the cabinet.
