The MNS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is developed by our company after referring to the Swiss ABB company's MNS series of low-voltage switchgear and comprehensively improving it. It is currently the most advanced low-voltage withdrawable switchgear in China. This product is composed of standardized and series modules, and the drawer has a reliable mechanical interlocking device, which makes the user safer and more reliable when using it.


This switchgear is suitable for AC 50 (60) HZ, rated insulation voltage and working voltage of 380 (400) V, 660 (690) V, rated current 5000A and below three-phase (four) five-wire power supply system, available Used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, airports, docks, radio and television and other communication centers to control power generation, transmission and distribution, power conversion, and power consumption equipment, and use capacitor compensation cabinets to control the main bus Perform reactive power compensation.


Conditions of Use


1. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and its average temperature within 24h is not higher than +35℃;


2. The relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40℃, and there is a relatively large relative humidity at a lower temperature, and changes may occasionally produce moderate condensation;


3. For indoor use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m;


4. It should be installed in a place where there is no severe vibration and impact, and the electrical components are not corroded.

Main circuit scheme


The main circuit scheme of the switchgear has 23 groups and 44 specifications, but does not include derivative schemes and specifications due to changes in auxiliary circuit control and protection.


Structural features


This switchgear is more in line with my country's national conditions due to the introduction of advanced technology from Swiss ABB and technical improvements on its original basis. The cabinet adopts 25mm C-profile universal connectors to form a variety of cabinet frame structures and drawer units that can meet various needs. A large number of high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components are used in the MCC cabinet to make it safe. It is more reliable, and at the same time, the foreign functional board is modified and combined with 200mm as the module, which is more conducive to the design requirements of the mixed cabinet of the PC cabinet and the MCC cabinet. The draw-out unit and the cabinet have a reliable interlock. It is installed to prevent the switch from being pulled under load when the switch is energized, which improves its safety. In addition, the cabinet is generally assembled from cold-rolled steel plate after passivation treatment, and aluminum can also be used according to the different needs of users Zinc steel plate.

2. Drawer type


There are five sizes with 8E (200mm) height, modular structure design, and its effective component installation height is 1800mm, which makes the overall layout of the cabinet more reasonable and more beautiful. 8E/4 combines 4 drawer units in parallel in 8E height space;


8E/2 combines 2 drawer units in parallel in a space of 8E height;


8E assembles 1 drawer unit in 8E height space;


16E assembles 1 drawer unit in 16E (400mm) height space;


24E assembles 1 drawer unit in 24E (600mm) height space;


The above five types of drawer units can be assembled in a single cabinet or mixed together.

(2). Cabinet partition design


The MCC cabinet can be composed of a single-sided operation cabinet or a double-sided operation cabinet according to the needs, and each cabinet is fixedly divided into three small rooms. Namely the main busbar room, electrical room and cable room. (See Figure 1)


(3). Safety protection system


Each cabinet is equipped with a flame-retardant high-density polyurethane plastic functional board, or an electroplated partition board is installed between the main busbar room and the electrical room, and its function is to effectively prevent the arcing and busbar caused by the failure of the switching element. The accident caused by the short circuit between makes the operation safer.
